The year is 1957
Elderly Sollerö residents who need supervised housing with care are “deported” to Venjan because there is no nursing home in Sollerö parish. A generous donation the following year becomes the foundation stone for Sollerö Åldringsfond. The aim is to realize a nursing home on Solens Ö in Siljan.
Thirty years later, Stoltgården is inaugurated.
Thanks to generous donations, the Retirement Fund has been able to continue investing. Today, Stoltgården offers 23 apartments and a restaurant that generates jobs. Mora Municipality's Home Service uses Stoltgården as a base when they visit those in need in the parish. Stoltgården fulfills an important function and the number of applicants is growing. Therefore, there is still a need for donations for expansion, security and well-being for the residents.

You will then learn more about the organization's upcoming investments and how you can contribute to developing the sheltered housing at Stoltgården. The agenda includes, among other things, an amendment to the statutes.
