It was a satisfied chairman Staffan Bond who welcomed this year's Parish Assembly. The trend continues. The business shows a positive result. Rental income and increased bookings in Lärksalen are one of the reasons. The other is advertising income in Solleröbladet and Hemester-Guiden. Vindpengar and Servicepunkten also make valuable contributions to the treasury.
The parish association is based on many voluntary forces. The parish house is kept in good order by the House Group and the Activity Group arranges the Harvest Market. The staff work voluntarily in the Service Point.
The nomination committee had managed its responsible assignment and presented a complete board with several new names. (see here)
The parish association is involved in several projects concerning the future of the village:
- Traffic safety is close to our hearts.
- The church boat "up to Båkkan" is underway.
- Solar cell parks are in their infancy.
- Siljan Geopark and Vildmarksriket are starting to move. Bogg Daniel Nilsson, project manager for Vildmarksriket, presented the plans for the project.
- Finally, Stig Wass, Gesunda, informed about the supposed bright future for Gesundaberget.
