Nodava will begin renovation work on the water supply network on Sollerön with a preliminary start in week 7. The pipeline network is outdated and it leaks groundwater and rainwater into the sewage system. The purpose of the renovation is mainly to reduce the leakage into the sewage network and the proportion of groundwater and rainwater to the treatment plant. The work is also preventive for future projects when Utanmyra and other villages are to be connected to the municipal water supply network, according to Mora Municipality's water supply plan.
Do you have downpipes that are connected to the sewer network?
In that case, we would like you to disconnect them, as they unnecessarily burden the network. Drains also add large amounts of water to the network, which in turn increases the risk of flooding in properties if the drains become blocked.
