Cross-country skiing
Mondays at 6:00 PM we meet and go skiing. Skiers of all ages are welcome, the little ones bring their parents. There is no formal training with leaders, just pure skiing joy and social fellowship.
Tracks will be drawn on the field by the parking lot and around the electric track, weather permitting.

Rowing training
Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM and Sundays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM we welcome new and old participants to the Sports Park. We train circuit training and rowing technique. Everyone can join in, as the participants always start from their own fitness level, but still train together in a group.
Pink Boxing Gloves
Come and try boxing only for girls, women and grandmothers. On 15/1 and 25/1 at 7:00 PM we will be running free trial sessions. No prior knowledge is required and gloves are available to borrow. The session begins with boxing techniques, a warm-up and then we do circuit training.
The semester starts on 5/2 and then we run two sessions a week until 23/5. We train at 19:00-20:00 on Mondays and Thursdays.
