The parish association continues to promote Sollerö parish.
This year's Hemester Guide has been supplemented with two maps filled with attractions for Sollerön and the mainland. Many visitors ask "what is there to do?" With the map in hand, they can easily find the attractions by walking, cycling or driving. The aim is, in short, to get visitors to "stay another night." This will increase consumption, which is good for our businesses such as Sollerö Camping, Sollerö Jordgubbar, Tomteland, COOP, etc. Job opportunities will increase for our young people.
The Hemester Guide and maps are distributed at these locations as well as at several local businesses and towns/shops around Siljan. If you listen to Radio Siljan you can also hear the radio advertisement with the message “Celebrate Hemester on Sollerön!” What other parish association in Sweden uses radio advertising?
