Fully booked “EXTRA Opening Dinner”

The first opening dinner quickly sold out. After many requests, we are serving the same menu again on December 27th.
We open the doors at 6 pm and serve a three-course menu for the price of 495 SEK per person.

Starter

Hot smoked salmon with white mold cheese cream, pickled chanterelles, dill chips and chive pearls.

Main course

Venison roast steak with parmesan potato puree, red wine sauce, semi-dried garlic tomatoes and fried kale.

Dessert

Freshly baked raspberry grotto with Bourbon vanilla ice cream, raspberry curd, almond flakes and basil sugar.
