Every weekday between 10 and 12, the Parish Office in the Parish House is open thanks to voluntary efforts. There you can get help with office tasks such as copying. There is also a connected computer that you can use on site for private use. If, for example, you need to email or if you need to search for something. You will also get answers to questions about what is happening in the parish. The Parish Office also provides brochures presenting Sollerön, Gesunda and Ryssa.
When we visit the Parish Office, it is the honorary members Rune Hinders and Jan Jorbrink who take care of the service for us parishioners. “We usually come here every Friday,” they both say in unison. “It’s fun to meet people and talk. For example, we sell tickets to the performances in Lärkasalen and help with most things. Then we make an effort for the Parish Association, which feels good,” say Rune and Jan.
There are just over 10 people who take turns staffing the Parish Office.
