It probably didn't escape anyone's notice that Gesundaberget is reopening to everyone's great joy.
The bankruptcy trustee listened to Stig Wass so that the new owners with a local presence are investing in continuing to operate Gesundaberget as a ski/bike facility. (Stig also advertised Gesundaberget on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon 20/11)
The houses with apartments have been completely renovated. The inn as well. Villagers have gone out of their houses and cleared the slope of snow. Lifts and snow cannons have been inspected and tested.
In 2025, the Ski Lodge (hostel) and the top cabin will be renovated.
Future plans include a path to the top.
The Inn will open on December 21st, and the slope is scheduled to open on the same day. Tickets for the opening dinner and season tickets have already started selling. Time to sharpen your cutlery and steel edges!
